The weibo hot search #成毅到达南京# “Cheng Yi arrived in Nanjing” caught my attention and that’s when I realised that Cheng Yi is due to attend a promotional event for Lanvin in Nanjing on 13 May 2023.
There were throngs of fans at the Nanjing DeJi shopping mall – people were occupying the 2-3 floors of shopping mall just to catch a glimpse of him. Well, this is definitely a show of his popularity, looking at the number of people who went and the number of security folks that the event organiser had to engage.

And this must be why Cheng Yi is in a floral shirt for the upcoming autumn season, he also briefly mentioned Mother’s Day when promoting the star product of Lanvin which is their Pencil Cat Bag in autumn colours.
