Ratings for Ep 13 got 20.179% – wow, now even the Saturday episode is crossing the 20% mark.
For episode 13, Grandpa Hong is laid to rest, and HaeIn felt like it was a rehearsal for her own. And then hope came in the form of a phone call from the Germany medical facility, they have a way to save HaeIn! HaeIn then agreed to cancel the divorce and promised to tell HyunWoo three secrets, the first one being that she is the owner of the mp3 player that HyunWoo picked up. HyunWoo thinks they have a destiny to be together. And so uri couple spent some sweet times together, moving in together, sleeping together, cooking together and also going out on dates, just like a newly-wed couple. HyunWoo also planned a surprise for Xmas, and for first snow to come, for HaeIn to fulfill her wishes and that’s when she broke the second secret, HyunWoo is the bus-man, she followed the bus service 372 several times just to see him, her first love. And then uri couple is in Germany and HyunWoo asked about the third secret – and so HaeIn told HyunWoo that YoungSoo doesn’t exist. HyunWoo was like I believed it for four years, calling it every time I went to the top floor garden.
All the sweetness led to the sad ending of this ep, HaeIn found out that in order to save her life, she would be losing all her memories as Hong HaeIn. Thus, HaeIn rejected going for the operation, she cannot accept that in order to continue living, she needs to lose her memories.
