Cheng Yi’s drama The Lotus Casebook <莲花楼> finally got its airing permit and c-net was buzzing over its airing/streaming date that should be happening soon on iQiyi. I, too, am looking forward.
The Lotus Casebook is a c-drama centering on three male leads and Cheng Yi is the titular character Li LianHua – who carries a mysterious lotus casebook, does not have medical skills and yet carries the name of genius doctor and roams the martial arts world. Along with each case that comes along, Li LianHua’s real identity also starts to reveal itself.
The drama started production on 2022, June 6th, with the booting ceremony being held on June 26th and wrapped up its filming on Oct 24th. Below, I am sharing pics from its official weibo account. Enjoy!
